The purpose of this project is to label user utterances for intrinsic answerability.

Please read each utterance and select exactly one label:

• ANSWERABLE_CLEAR: A complete and self-contained request or contentful statement that can be answered immediately.
• AMBIGUOUS_NEEDS_CLARIFICATION: In-scope intent, but missing essential details or context, so a clarifying question is needed.
• OUT_OF_DOMAIN_UNSUPPORTED: Clear intent, but it requires unsupported capabilities (for example live web lookup, transactions, account access, or device control).
• NOT_A_REQUEST_BACKCHANNEL_NOISE: No actionable intent (for example filler, backchannel, greeting, thanks, nonverbal marker, or unintelligible fragment).

General rules:

• Treat each utterance as standalone with no prior context.
• Do not guess missing referents.
• If there is a real request plus filler words, label the real request.
